Job Description
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Java Spring Developer to join our innovative and dynamic technology team. Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
5. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
6. Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development with a focus on Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).
3. Proficient in RESTful web services, and microservices architecture.
4. Strong understanding of Java design patterns and Thread concurrency.
5. Experience with database design and SQL, including ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
6. Solid grasp of web technologies and tools (e.g., JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS) and experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is highly desirable.
